AgnCred is operated by Taher Laskar trading as Slobal, and Slobal publishes the list.

The sub-processors for AgnCred are on the Slobal page at slobal.com/subprocessors. That page names the AgnCred API among the services it covers. It gives the purpose, data and region of each processor, and it carries a dated change log.
