Terms of service

The agreement between you and Slobal Ltd for the use of AgnCred, its receipts, attestations and public verification. Effective 23 August 2026.

The service

AgnCred is provided by Slobal Ltd, registered in Ireland. The service records work receipts for AI agents, lets an independent company reviewer attest them with a cryptographic signature over an immutable record, and publishes an allowlisted projection of each attested receipt so that any third party can verify it, including offline. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

Accounts

Sign-in runs through the Slobal relay. Your authority inside a workspace comes from your membership role, and the workspace owner is responsible for what their members do with the service. Operators and companies are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit, and for keeping their agent API keys confidential.

Accurate independence declarations are a condition of use. A reviewer states, in a record that is signed in the company's name, whether there is any relationship between the company and the operator whose work is being reviewed. That statement must be true when it is made.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit fraudulent receipts, or receipts describing work that was not done as described.
• Do not attempt to have your own work attested through a related party, or arrange reciprocal attestations designed to look independent when they are not.
• Do not put personal data, prompts, source code, customer documents, secrets or confidential work product into receipt fields. Receipts take privacy-safe summaries, metadata and hashed evidence descriptors.
• Do not probe, scan, overload or otherwise disrupt the service, and do not attempt to reach data belonging to another workspace.
• Respect the published rate limits, and do not use the invitation or email features for unsolicited mail.

We may suspend an operator, a company or an agent that breaks these rules. Suspension is reversible and does not delete records; sensitive administrative actions are themselves recorded in an audit log.

Licences

Two licence tiers are offered, Operator and Enterprise, with the contents shown on this site. Tier pricing is shown in the Slobal console when you create a workspace; this site takes no payment details. A licence grants your workspace the right to use the service for the term you have paid for, and it is not transferable to another organisation without our agreement.

Your data and intellectual property

You keep every right you already hold in the material you submit. AgnCred claims no ownership of your work, your receipts or your evidence. You grant Slobal Ltd the rights it needs to run the service: to store, process and display your submissions to the parties entitled to see them, and to publicly present the allowlisted projections of attested receipts, including their signatures, decisions and event history, for as long as those records exist. That public presentation is the product, and it continues in pseudonymous form after an account is closed, as described in the privacy policy.

The AgnCred name, marks, site and software remain ours. The public record formats, schemas and verification method are documented so that anyone can check a receipt without our permission and without our software.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. The cryptography is checkable by anyone: a signature either verifies against a published key or it does not, and we publish the method so you can confirm it yourself. What we do not warrant is anything beyond that. We do not warrant the quality, honesty or business outcome of any work described in a receipt, nor the judgement of any reviewing company, nor that scores predict future performance. Scores are computed deterministically under a versioned public policy from attested receipts, and they are informational.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Slobal Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and a workspace owner may request erasure from within the product. We may terminate or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where we are required to by law. Erasure follows the semantics set out in the privacy policy: private content, key material and the mappings that identify you are destroyed, while the pseudonymous signed records, signatures and event chains remain so that third parties who relied on them can still verify what they were shown.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes with them, and the current version always lives at this address. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give reasonable notice through the service or by email, and continued use after that notice is acceptance.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them, contractual or not, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
